My friend and I got acrylic nails done at the super duper luxurious Sloan at Luxer Nail Lounge, and Lily and Mindy were amazing! From the moment we walked in, the space felt beautiful, relaxing, and completely high-end. The chairs are comfortable, the ambiance is modern and elegant, and every little detail makes the experience feel special. Lily and Mindy were both incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. They listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure our nails came out exactly how we imagined. The acrylics look flawless and feel strong and well-done. Beyond just the nails, the whole appointment felt pampering — we could really relax and enjoy ourselves. We left feeling completely refreshed, confident, and thrilled with our nails. I was at the salon during a situation that I later saw mentioned in a review, and I feel it’s important to share what I personally witnessed. The nail technician kindly said she couldn’t pick the client’s color. It was not said in a rude or disrespectful way. She simply explained that choosing a nail color is very personal and that she prefers clients to make their own final decision. Color choice can be subjective — what looks good to one person may not feel right once it’s applied. If a technician fully chooses for someone and they end up not liking it, the technician can be blamed. From what I saw, she was protecting herself professionally, not being rude. The salon was clean and organized, and the staff handled the situation calmly. They even had another technician step in to make sure the client was accommodated, which shows they care about customer satisfaction. Based on what I experienced, the team was professional and respectful. I believe it’s important to consider the full context before leaving a review that could affect someone’s business. Fabulous service!! I was able to book an appointment the same day. The salon is very nice and clean. Everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. I cannot remember the name of my technician, but she was wonderful and explained all the different products and ways I could have my nails done because I’m just not good with that stuff. My wife and I came into Luxer Nail Lounge for pedicures Mindy took care of my wife and Lily did mine. Both of them were fantastic! Mindy did an amazing job on my wife’s nails, and Lily made my feet feel better than they have in a long time. They were professional, friendly, and really paid attention to detail. I had the pleasure of being able to celebrate the Grand Opening here at the Wayzata location today. I was lucky #20 in line! The Nail Salon is clean and well organized, the Nail Technician was very attentive and did a great job on my gel manicure! I called ahead to make an appointment, it was a quick phone call and i got my appointment scheduled for 40 minutes after. I walked in and was immediately greeted, sat and being asked what design I would like for my nails. Vincent was my nail tech, he was friendly, concentrated, confident and delicate during the entire process and not to mention he did a beautiful job! Thank you!!! ~ Nevaeh L

The salon is new, nicely set up/decorated and very clean. I had a Dazzle Dry manicure with Lily and she did a great job. The hand/arm massage included with the manicure was awesome. Lily also offers shoulder massages and full body massages for an extra fee. I had a ten minute shoulder massage that had me melting in my chair! Highly recommend Lily and the salon. I decided to try a new nail salon for convenience, and it didn't disappoint. They were a little more expensive, but the services provided more than made up for it. My expert was Lilly; she is an extremely caring and personable tech from Vietnam who made my experience fun, when it's usually just a chore. Lilly is a hard worker and has magical hands. The salon itself is beautiful. It was so clean, so well designed and very much a luxury feel. Teresa did my nails for a show I have coming up and I have her total creative freedom within the parameters of “green + mermaid vibes” and she literally created magic. I live in wayzata and this is the best nail salon in the area. I have been to them all in town and you can get in right away, easy parking great staff lovely environment. I love Lily and Nora. I’ve done both builder gel (with Lily) and regular DND gel (with Nora) at Luxer, and I highly recommend both of them! I am quite particular, and they exceed my expectations. Such a luxury nail salon ✨ love the vibes and service. I had my winter nail with Teresa, she is very talented and kind 💙 They also give customers a lotion or cuticle oil this Christmas 🎄 those gifts are wrapped well and placed under the Christmas tree, which I think very cute 🎁 Worth it! ~ Nhi L
